Hello AAPSers,
Last week we had the pleasure of having Dr. Oien speak to our chapter about his experience at KBI Biopharma. On Friday, October 20, we will be going to KBI Biopharma in Durham for a site visit. The visit will start at 10:00am and end around 2:00pm (Note: This is during fall break, so no classes will be held on that day). We will take a two-hour tour of the facility and afterwards meet with KBI Biopharma department leaders and discuss any questions we may have for them. This networking opportunity will conclude our site visit, which will collectively take about 4 hours.
This is a great opportunity to see firsthand what it is like to work in the pharmaceutical industry and have an opportunity to meet with current project leaders within the company.
We can bring up to 30 people and it will be first-come, first-served. So I urge you to sign up quickly.
